Coordination of Supports (Level 2)
This support will assist you to build the skills you need to understand, implement and use your plan. A support coordinator will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.
Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3)
This is a higher level of support coordination. It is for people whose situations are more complex and who need specialist support. A specialist Support Coordinator will assist you to manage challenges in your support environment and ensuring consistent delivery of service. This intensive Support Coordination services clients who may have more complex needs, to help manage and resolve conflicts and overcome more challenging situations.
We have specialist Support Coordinators within our team who are highly skilled, qualified and experienced (such as psychologists and occupational therapists) who can provide this additional support.

We will connect you with your chosen providers and arrange delivery of your supports.
Intimate Local Knowledge
We have extensive knowledge of the NDIS Registered Providers, unregistered providers, community organisations and mainstream services in your local area that can provide the support you need.
We’ll work with you to help you live an independent life and support you to manage your NDIS plan. To do this, we aim to increase your knowledge of service providers, service agreements and help you resolve any issues that may arise.
Connect to Community Services
We’ll link you with local organisations, keeping you connected to and supported in your community. These include school, healthcare providers, housing and transport services.
Prepare for Planning Meetings
We’ll help you prepare for planning meetings with your Local Area Coordinator or the NDIA. This includes providing your Planner with an update about your goals and the progress you have made throughout the duration of your plan.
We provide Intensive Support Coordination services for clients with complex needs, to help you manage and resolve conflicts and overcome challenging situations.
