At Pathways to Care we are in the business of supporting and caring for people.
Given the current situation with COVID-19, we will not be meeting any participants or providers face to face, to assist in limiting the spread of this disease, however of course will be processing all invoices via email and continue to assist you via telephone.
In terms of our Plan Management services, this means business as usual*
*Invoices with correct line item codes, dates, Participant details, and sufficient funds will be processed within 5 business days.
