Jamal

My name is Jamal I am a qualified accountant, with a Masters in Professional Accounting and Masters in Business Administration. My previous experience is in customer support in the service industry and the health care industry. I have relocated from Devonport Tasmania and have made Bendigo my home.

While working as a Customer Provisioning officer, I clearly understand the hurdles and obstacles our Participants face. From an accounting and finance background I can bring skills like collaboration, being a good listener, having strong attention to detail, creating and managing budgets, invoice processing and making sure our Participants feel supported. This helps to build a strong bond with our Participants, by getting to know them I can tailor my support to their individual needs.

I feel proud to work at Pathways to Care, because I can see my work is having a positive impact on society and I am contributing as much as I can, and this is very satisfying.
