Having family members who have NDIS funding has given me great insight into how in depth and overwhelming the process can be. Being part of the Bendigo community means I have knowledge and connections with local providers and the services they offer, while also having accessed them personally.

I have worked previously with a large therapy provider in the intake stage and connected to many participants and family members in different stages of their NDIS journeys. My previous experience also includes many years in administration, customer service and accounts. I pride myself in being able to connect with the participant, to ensure they feel heard, and supported.

Being part of a company that genuinely cares about its participants is very important to me and gives me the opportunity to treat each participant’s funding with accuracy and diligence.

Working at Pathways to Care, I enjoy knowing that I am helping to take some of the pressure off participants and their families by being responsible for their invoices and overall funding and that I am supported while doing this.
