View the balances of your plan and how much has been spent.
With the ease of logging into the portal at any time that suits, you can view the balance of your funding categories that are plan managed. For example, how many dollars are left in your Improved Daily Living budget, how much have you spent on consumable items from Core?
View amounts spent this month, invoices outstanding, invoices paid, number of days remaining in your plan, and dollars remaining in that budget. This can be viewed as a percentage of remaining funds, as well as a dollar figure.
View Invoices Processed
At the click of a finger easily see which providers have invoiced us for their services to you, when they have been paid, and from which category of plan managed funding. Also, see the funds remaining in that category
Approve Invoices for Payment
Would you like to see and approve your invoices before we process them? This is easy too, just let us know, and we will not process any until you view and approve us to do so, helping you keep track of all providers and ensuring you are comfortable with the service provided before we go ahead and pay.
Upload your own receipts for Reimbursement
Have you paid your Therapy provider already and need to be reimbursed? Or maybe you have purchased some consumable items and require reimbursement? Then upload the invoice/receipt yourself and approve, and we will claim from the appropriate fund and you will have the dollars back into your account promptly.
Need Someone Else to View?
Would you like your nominee, family member, or maybe your Support Coordinator to view this portal as well as your self? You can easily nominate up to three other people to view your portal as well.
