There are three options for managing your NDIS, you can choose one or a combination of the three. Regardless of which option you choose, it’s important to know you are still in control of how your funds are managed.
Self Management NDIS
The NDIA provides you with funding and you access the support that you require.
Plan Managed NDIS
The NDIA will provide funding in your plan for a Plan Manager. Part of the role of an NDIS Plan Manager is to pay your providers for you, as well as help you keep track of your funds.
At Pathways to Care our customers have access to our NDIS Participant Portal that offers complete transparency of your funding, budgets, and invoices being processing.
The Portal can show you how many dollars are left in your Improved Daily Living budget, or how much have you spent on consumable items from Core. You can even upload your own receipts for Reimbursement.
With the ability to nominate up to three other people to view your portal (including a family member or your Support Coordinator), it ensures you are well supported.
