After becoming a part of the Pathways to Care team in 2023, I feel supported and encouraged to work within the NDIS sector and to empower people with disabilities. My main goal is for participants to feel truly confident in themselves and to gain control over all aspects of their lives.
By having the unique advantage of 10+ years of playing basketball in Australia and the United States, I am well versed in working within a team to reach a common goal. Being involved with the NDIS allows myself and the Pathways to Care team to work together towards the goal of improving the lives of Australians with disabilities.
Since its inception in 2014, Pathways to Care has been an organisation that empowers individuals with disabilities to strive for autonomy and confidence in their abilities. This work continues to this day and has created a business that I am proud to be involved in.
Pathways to Care acknowledges the traditional owners of country throughout Australia, and their continuing connection to land, sea and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures, and to elders both past, present and emerging.
Pathways to Care believes that the diversity of abilities, genders, sexualities, relationship identities, bodies and cultures in our community enriches us all and should be celebrated, respected, and supported.
