Are you an NDIS Support Coordinator, a local NDIS provider, or a carer? Join Pathways to Care & JCare Support Services for a free morning session full of NDIS information, presentations and guest speakers.
The JCare team will share their expertise across mental health and disability. Meanwhile, the Pathways to Care team will bring you some important updates on the PACE rollout.
We are excited to have a member from the Alfred Health Carer Services join us as a guest speaker. Kei is part of the Carer Engagement Team, and will provide an overview of the supports and services available through Alfred Health Carer Services, and Carer Gateway.
Our second guest speaker, Julie Fisher, from the Unexpected Journey, joins us to share her family's journey in a raw and real way, engaging you with her honesty and insights into the world of disability.
Join us and connect with like-minded NDIS providers, ask questions you haven’t been able to answer elsewhere and come away more confident and empowered to support your participants in the best way possible.
Be sure to bring your business cards; one attendee will walk away with a door prize, and light refreshments will be available throughout the morning.
Registration will open on the day at 9.30am for a 10am sharp start.
