Calling all Support Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals and like-minded providers in the Gold Coast area! We are running alongside Claro, an NDIS information event not to be missed. Join us for a free morning session full of NDIS information and presentations.
The morning will start with our guest speakers, Better Rehab, guiding us through the Home & Living Assessment from an Occupational Therapy perspective. Claro will then delve into Rosters of Care and how to translate shared supports, as well as how you should align participant goals when completing a Home & Living assessment. Pathways to Care will wrap up the presentations with their experience of the Home & Living support budget in PACE plans.
